Located in the center of the park, the Central Gate features shops, snack shops, wheelchair and baby car rentals and the Park Information Center (Haisai Plaza). Visitors can enjoy soft ice cream and cold beverages at the Central Snack shop, located near the entrance. A post office is available near the Central Snack shop, allowing visitors to buy souvenir stamps and send postcards. Wheelchair and baby car rentals are provided free of charge near the Central Gate.

Enter the Central Gate, continue down the steps and turn right to find the Park Information Center (Haisai Plaza). In front of Haisai Plaza, visitors will see the Fountain Square. At Haisai Plaza, visitors can obtain our park guide brochures. Inside, visitors will find the Yanbaru no Mori gift shop and Cafe Tida, where light snacks and foods are served.

At the Central Gate, visitors are invited to take some pictures by which to remember their visit. The area is especially beautiful from the end of January to the end of February, during the Churaumi Flower Festival when the Fountain Square is covered with flowers. We provide a special photo spot decorated with flowers for our visitors.
