This garden is located in the south of the Shoin Sasunoma and is completely at one with the buildings around it. The characteristics of this garden are as follows:

• Unique space arrangement and type: this garden consists of variously shaped exposed rocks, Ryukyu pine trees and intricately planted cycads, a rare form in the history of the Japanese garden.
• A garden against the backdrop of a blue sky: a rare example among the gardens in Japan
• A Garden with a creeping pine tree: a Chinese envoy described this garden in his report called " Ryukyukoku-shiryaku" as one where pine trees and cycads are intricately planted.
• A creeping pine tree is a pine tree low in height and which spreads as if it creeps over the ground.
