Notification for oversea participants

(1) If your entry is a potted orchids, please send it with three copies of CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora), phytosanitary certificate and the invoice.

(2) Please send your orchids in order to get to the Naha International Airport in Okinawa by Tuesday, 2nd February 2010. Our official transportation company will take them to the OIOS. Please inform us your waybill number and the flight number by fax or email.

(3) If you bring your orchids by yourself, please contact the Committee. We will do the booking for your accommodation, and will come to pick you up at Naha International Airport. Please inform us the number of people accompanying you and your flight schedule.

(4) If you would like to leave Okinawa without your packages of orchids, we will arrange them to be safely sent back to your home address by air. Please let us know prior to the Show.
