Exciting experience of “Churaumi”
The aquarium is filled with a magnificent world of mystic creatures of Okinawa.
800 colonies of coral are raised and exhibited in the sun-drenched “Sea of coral” water tank.
Then there is the spectacular huge water tank “Sea of Kuroshio Current” where you can observe the world’s largest fish, whale sharks, as well as Manta alfredi which was bred successfully for the first time in the world. Furthermore, it leads you to the “Deep seawater” water tank which is a reproduction of the mystical deep sea of Okinawa, providing a full-scale experience of the sea of Okinawa.
