*Book of 11 parking tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Parking Fee Exemption for Visitors with Health/Welfare Notebooks

• If the driver or a member in the party is issued a health or welfare notebook for a physical/mental disability or rehabilitation, please show your notebook at the time of parking. The total cost of parking (for regular, compact, and small cars) will be exempt.
• For groups in buses (with 11 or more passengers), parking fee exemption will be limited to groups of visitors with disabilities.

*Please note regular tours (group bus tours, etc.) with disabled person(s) in the group are not eligible for the exemption.

Hours of Operation

Floor Plans for 1st & 2nd Underground (B1 & B2) Parking Lots

Parking spaces available for minimum of 20 and maximum of 46 buses (microbuses), minimum of 50 and maximum of 116 average sized vehicles.
Normally, the B1 parking lot is for buses, and B2 for buses and general vehicles, but depending on the season with many group tours and parking lot congestion, the capacity may change. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

To Receive Pamphlets in Advance

If you wish to have pamphlets sent to you in advance, please fill in the required information and send it by fax to the Service Department.

Please note we will be sending the pamphlets via regular mail. Please be sure to submit your requests well in advance.
(If you require them immediately, we can send them via express service, to be paid by the recipient.)
