- When is the park closed? When is the free admission day?
- We are closed on the first Wednesday and Thursday of December for facility maintenance and safety checks.
- How can I get there?
- Check the Directions page for the map and estimated time.
- Do I need to pay for parking?
- All 9 parking areas at Ocean Expo Park are free of charge.
- Are wheelchairs and baby strollers available for rent?

Yes, we provide free rentals at each entrance gate and information desk.
*However, we do not accept reservations in advance. Rentals are on a first-come-first-served basis.
*Please submit rental application and present an identification card to staff member.
*You can return baby strollers and wheelchairs at any entrance gate or information desk. - Is there any reduced rate for disabled people?
- Persons who are designated as physically or mentally disabled are eligible for free admission. Please show your certificate at the ticket counter.
- How long does it take to get through each facility?

The average times spent at each facility are listed below.
- Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium: 90 minutes
- Tropical Dream Center: 40 minutes
- Oceanic Culture Museum: 40 minutes

Dolphin show: 20 minutes.

It does not include the travel time between facilities.
It usually takes half a day to visit every facility in the park.
- When does Emerald Beach open?

Emerald Beach is open from April 1st through October 31st.
There is no fee for swimming and shower facilities. - Are there any restaurants in the Aquarium?

We have 7 restaurants in the park.

- The park trolleys take an excursion around the park at 5 to 30 minute intervals. 11 stops at convenient locations. One-day pass: 200 yen / 1 ride: 100 yen Click here for further information
- Which parking lot is closest to Emerald Beach?
- P9 (Emerald Parking) is the closest.
- Sea turtle Pool and Manatee Pool open hours.

March to September: From 8:30 to 19:00.
October to February: From 8:30 to 17:30. - Can I use a snorkel at Emerald Beach?
- Snorkeling is not allowed at this beach from a safety standpoint.
- Is there any age limit for Kids Adventure Land?

There are two areas; one is for ages 3 to 6, and the other is for ages 6 to 12.
Please feel free to ask our staff members there. - Is there any place to rest?
- There are four rest houses; Park Information Center (Haisai Plaza), Main Rest House (Churaumi Plaza), Water Step Rest House, and Sunset Square View Resthouse

In case of photoshoots (except snapshot) or location shooting, you need to submit an application and receive permission from the park manager.
