- Student discount/group discount is applied. (Applies for school events of elementary, middle and high schools, and requires advance application. )
- You may be asked to show identification such as a student ID when entering.

Those who possess a physical disability certificate, certification of the psychiatric disorder or rehabilitation certificate may enter free of charge. (Please show your certificate at the aquarium ticket counter.) Also, one person who is accompanying the person possessing one of the above certificates will also be exempted from admission fee. (Disability grade of certificate does not matter)

If you wish to re-enter the facility, please have a staff member at the exit put a re-entry stamp on your hand. Re-entry stamp is valid for the day of issue only.

- Present your Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium Annual Passport at the ticket counter of the Tropical Dream Center to receive a half-price admission ticket.

- Baggage lockers are located at the “Central Gate South Parking Lot”, “Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium”, “Haisai Plaza”, and “Emerald Beach (Apr-Oct)”.
- When renting the beach items, an additional 1,000 yen must be deposited. Deposit will be returned when returning rental items.
