A. For a time slot before closing, you must pass through the Houshinmon ticket gate and enter the Seiden by the end of your designated time slot.

A. Random numbers are assigned to all applying groups for the target period, and priority is determined from the smallest number upwards.

We then allocate reservation slots starting with the highest-priority group, based on their requests.

If the requested date/time is full, we may allocate a slot on a different time/date that matches the "Possible Stay Time" or "Remarks" provided during application.

If no suitable slot can be secured, the application is rejected and we move to the next group.

If you can visit on another day, please write so in the remarks column. We will adjust slots as much as possible based on your notes.

A. Priority is not affected by requested times, user categories, or parking usage. Random numbers are assigned, and priority is strictly numerical.

Slots are allocated in priority order based on each group's requests.

Therefore, securing a slot depends on how many others requested the same time and how flexible your requested dates/times are.

For instance, an application with a highly competitive first choice but wide alternative times may have a better chance of securing a slot than one with a less competitive first choice but no alternatives.

However, this does not mean the lottery itself is biased; it merely reflects the matching of requests to available slots after priority is set.

A. "Desired Usage Time" is your group's most preferred time slot.

"Possible Stay Time..." is for listing alternative times you can accept if your first choice is full.

Slots are allocated strictly in priority order. We do not "assign leftovers after everyone else gets their first choice".

When it is your turn, if your first choice is full, we immediately check your alternative times and allocate a slot if available.

If you cannot accept alternative times, leave that section blank.

Please refrain from submitting multiple applications for different dates for the same group. Submit only one application per group.

A. The requested date/time is not guaranteed. Slots are allocated based on lottery priority, taking other applications and capacity into account. You may not secure a slot at your desired time. Thank you for your understanding.

A. Please apply as a single group in one application.
If divided, one application might fail while the other succeeds.
For large groups that agree to "No problem if viewing times are split between AM and PM," we may split the viewing times for the group depending on capacity.
If visiting across multiple days is possible, write so in the remarks. We may allocate slots across different days based on your notes.

Submit one application per group.
Note that submitting duplicate applications for the same group may result in all reservations being canceled.

A. We generally cannot accept changes, even during the application period.
If a change is necessary, please reapply and write "Request to cancel application No. XX (previous application number from auto-email)" in the remarks.
Then, please call us regarding the change.
Please check the cancellation policy for changes after the application period ends or the reservation is confirmed.
